Working Together

In The Room

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re unsure what to expect. I offer a space where you can arrive just as you are. Together, we’ll take time to understand what brings you here, what feels challenging or painful, and what you hope to gain from our work.

In our sessions, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and care. Sometimes this means talking about your past and how it shapes the present. At other times, it’s about noticing what’s happening here and now in your thoughts, emotions, or body. I’ll invite you to slow down, breathe, and listen to yourself in new ways. Together, we create space for you to understand yourself from a more compassionate and grounded perspective.

Therapy is a collaborative process that unfolds at your own pace and is shaped by what feels most important to you. Over time, our work together can help you develop greater clarity, self-understanding, and the capacity to meet life’s challenges from a more steadied centre.

What to expect from therapy?

New to therapy? Read about what to expect from therapy with me. Below, I address some commonly asked questions/concerns that people have before beginning therapy.

Where we begin

We begin with an email to arrange a time for an initial consultation. This is a twenty-minute video call to discuss your needs and therapeutic practicalities. It is a chance for you to get a feel of what it's like to be with me, and whether you feel like I'm the right fit for you.

This is a no committment call and we decide after if we would like to work together.

Get in touch if you are curious about working together.
