Hello,

I'm Isabella, an existential psychotherapist based in Central London, London Bridge, and online.

My aim in therapy is to create a warm, reflective and non-judgmental space, where you can bring whatever feels present.

You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship struggles, trauma, sexual difficulties, or questions around identity and sexuality.

You may be facing difficult life transitions and seeking support as you navigate new terrain. Whatever it is, you don't have to do it alone.

My Practice

In life, there are times when things can feel unclear, overwhelming, or disconnected. We can lose touch with our sense of meaning and purpose, or struggle to feel at home in ourselves. In therapy, I offer a space to pause, breathe, and explore what it’s like to be you in this moment.

My approach is grounded in existential psychotherapy, with an awareness of the body and mindfulness. This means I’m interested in how we live and make sense of our experiences — the choices we face, the patterns we repeat, and the ways we relate to ourselves and others. Together, we can explore what matters to you, what feels difficult, and what might be asking for attention or care.

Sometimes therapy is about understanding where we’ve come from. At other times, it’s about learning to stay with what’s here, or finding new ways forward. Whatever you bring, I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your own pace.

My private practice is located in Central London and online. If something here resonates, you’re very welcome to get in touch or learn more about working together.
